Runny Noses, Engagements & Lazy Days at the beach

I don’t know what Kyle gave me, but i’m pretty sure I have sniffleitious. Which, as I’ve diagnosed, is when your nose constantly runs and your sniffling alllll the time. Ick. Don’t ask how he managed to give me the sniffles all the time, but he had them first. Blech.

I’ve had a LOT going on in the past like, 2 months. I’ve been so busy with school and work I don’t know how I do it. School in the mornings and work at nights and on saturdays. Kyle also keeps me preoccupied. We’ve been getting into the habit of going to the beach atleast twice a week [for those who know me, this is a huge deal. I HATED the beach for so long, and now i cant stay away… i also have a pretty sweet tan going on]. Like, every sunday & wednesday is when we go (or monday, depending on the weather). Lately, it’s been veryyyy sunny and warm here in South Florida and I’m growing to like this place after living here for 10 years.

I need to start a routine for this site, I think until i get more time on my hands i’m going to go on a haitus for the layouts…JUST BECAUSE i hate promising that i’m going to do something and never have the time to do it.. I will though maintain the music & books sections- which reminds me i need to contact my reviewers.

My besttt friend, god sister & confidant just became engaged to her boyfriend!!! I’m so excited for them. Alsoooo, my cousin just announced shes pregnant! She wont tell us if its a boy or a girl, but i’m definitely hoping for a girl!! My, oh my. I’m so excited.

As you can see, i’ve got a lot coming up and i’m probably not gonna get around to updating the content for a little bit, but i’ll try to do what i can.

My Cherie Amor ♥

It took me all day, but I finally got this new layout finished. I don’t see how other sites do it. Getting things done within like an hour. Psh. It takes me forever to get the things done, but myspace & facebook probably have something to do with that. I’m quite busy now but i still manage to find some time to update. I’ve got a new boyfriend, named Kyle. We’ve been dating for 2 months now and things seem to be goin good. :] Pictures soon. I’m getting flickr soon & i just got twitter a few days ago Follow Me.

I’m really excited to see what Kyle comes up with for Valentines day & My birthday [betcha didn’t know it’s feb 16^th?] I’m having a big bonfire at his house for my birthday. My Moms birthday is on sat, so i’m going to split the day between mom & kyle.

So, I’m sure you’ve noticed the launching of 2 major branches of the site, and if you didn’t allow me to explain. I’ve ‘hired’ 3 girls, Kristina,Beth & Rachel, to write book reviews on some of their favorite books. So far, they’ve come up with some great reviews so be sure to go check that out. There’s also a music review section that I’m writing about for myself for now. Not many reviews have been finished, but there sure is a long list! All sorts of music too, Rap, Screamo & everything in between. I’ve fallen in love. He’s strange, but he’s everything a girl could ask for. Sweet, charming and protective when he needs to be, oh and he’s a vampire. He goes by the name of Edward Cullen and we’re getting married. He doesn’t know it yet though. I find it sad to say that I’ve become intertwined in the Twilight saga madness. Having all of the released books, yet reading none of them! I’ve sat through the movie twice and loved every second of it. I’m seriously considering going for a third time. I mean, look at this trio of hunkasaurous rex’s right here.. how could you NOT love them?

Yum. Discussion Topic! If you saw the movie, what were your thoughts on it? Did you like it more than the book or was the book better for you? Who was your favorite character? Lol, quit boring your friends and talk about it with fellow twilight lovers here [click comments]!

Finals week begins thursday for me. Gross. A little hesitant, but excited nonetheless because i’ll be starting up new classes. New experiences.

You’re all sitting there like, ew come on with the updates. I know, I suck. I’m truly sorry. A new site layout, and 50 [no, really. 5-0] new layouts, twilight pictures [lol], icons, book reviews & a new section [gasp!] will be opening before christmas!

2.0—Hate it or love it?

Some of you may know, myspace launched the new 2.0 version of it’s profiles. [Have no idea what i’m talking about? Click here for Tom’s blog about the changes” ].

After doing some clicking around, I finally found a user who switched over to 2.0, leaving their profile unprivate and I have to say, I’m not impressed one bit. For those who don’t feel like reading, the main concept of the 2.0 layout is that your 1.0 layout WILL NOT work when you select the 2.0 option! Which totally blows for the layout sites because now we have to restructure our variables, good going Tom.

Call me one to be a pessimist for change, but I highly doubt I’ll be making layouts for the 2.0 profiles for a longgggggggggg time. Not that I’m lazy and don’t feel like making them or learning a new way, but because I just don’t like the new structure.

Some of you may absolutely love the new style, because now you don’t need the 3^rd party sites [ once again, sucks for the layout sites], which means with the click of a button you can hide/move any box you want.

Sigh, I am NOT a happy camper. What are your thoughts?
